On Saturday June 7th the Gilpin County Arts Association opened their 78th annual juried art show, featuring photography, 2D and 3D categories with an overall best in show.

This is my fifth year in a row with works accepted to the show. After taking, 3rd, 2nd, 3rd, and the honorable mention, I am QUITE pleased to have received 1st place in the photography category with my 2023 portrait of Gazelle.
