Today the fotofoto gallery opened their 18th National Photography Competition. They selected 34 images from 362 submissions and I’m pleased to say Rebirth was one of the chosen few. Additionally they awarded first, second, and third place with three honorable mentions and I received one of the honorable mentions.

Virginia Beach Art Gallery opened their 5th Annual “Show Off” exhibition on March 3rd. Today they announced the winners of the show and I’m pleased to add another Honorable Mention to the awards “The Leap” has received. Also on display is the newer “The Fire Between Us” from the photo
CAL – Conroe Art League International 2023

My series “Nudes with Water” received an official selection, meaning it made it to the final round but ultimately didn’t place. Cape Cod – “Strike a Pose”

The Cultural Center of Cape Cod unveiled their “Strike a Pose” exhibition February 7th. “Rebirth” and a new piece “The Fire Between Us” (B&W version) are on display in person and on the quick video survey of the exhibition (I’m at the 0:30 mark). The show runs through March 4th.
F-Stop Magazine # 117

F-Stop is an online magazine with monthly photography themes. Issue 117 was an open call for Black and White and “Awakening” appears in its digital pages. You can see all the works accepted here.
Chateau Art Gallery

Chateau Art Gallery’s “In Dreams” online exhibition went live February 1st. As you might guess from the title I sent some of my works from the “Dreamtime” series and “Awakening” was accepted amongst a field of 750 submitted pieces. It had been on display with my solo show last March
