The online Lioncourt Art Gallery posted two shows in April. The first, Shades of Gray, was black & white themed. “Rebirth” took an honorable mention. They also put their “New Beginnings” show on display. All three of my entries, “Into Dreamtime”, “River of Dreams”, and “Forgiveness” were accepted. Additionally, “Forgiveness”
Earlier this month the 10th Fine Art Photography Awards were announced. Rebirth was a nominee in the fine art category.Kaela and Gazelle were nominees in the portrait category. You can see the entire series of results here.
This week the Artist Space (Online) Gallery released their 2nd Black & White Art Online Exhibition. Into Dreamtime was accepted into the online show and can be seen with the winners and other selected works here.
This year’s PhotoSpiva show opened March 16th and will run until May 4th at the Freeman Health System Main Gallery. The show is only available in person. Details can be found here. Pleased to have work shown there for the third year in a row. This year they accepted Rebirth
This publication came out within the last month (of this writing) and I’m pleased to say “The Leap” is included in the printed and digital editions. You can find 25 of the top images here as well as purchase a version of the publication.
The Grey Cube Gallery released the winners for their Black & White online show and I’m pleased to say Into Dreamtime picked up a merit award (Best in Show, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, merits, honorable mentions, finalists), so not a bad showing. You can see the entire selection here.
Art Seen Magazine’s 11th issue, Spring 2024, was released in February. “Awakening” appears within along with my “artistic statement.” You can find the issue on Amazon.com to see the full issue (here).
In the last 6 years I’ve shown work in many different places, both in the USA and abroad, but not a lot has been shown at home. It’s pleasing in a different way to have some of my pieces shown in my hometown, in this case at the Herberger Theater
